How it works

Set it up.
Let your dock do the teaching.

TideRely starts with live measurements at your dock and learns your dock’s tidal patterns over time—without repeated depth entries or ongoing manual calibration.

From installation to insight

Four steps to a clearer picture.

01

Mount and connect

Mount the enclosure and sensor at your dock using the supplied sensor bracket. Connect the power adapter to standard 115V power. Wi-Fi must be available at the dock.

02

Set up your dock and boat

Connect to the TideRely setup Wi-Fi network and follow the setup screen. Select your home Wi-Fi, enter your dock location, and make the initial sensor-to-seabed measurement. Add your boat’s draft and clearance requirements.

03

Let TideRely learn

The sensor continuously measures depth. TideRely stores those readings and combines them with nearby NOAA tide predictions and observed water-level information. Over time, the dock history automatically refines your dock’s calibration.

04

Check now. Plan ahead.

Open your dashboard on a phone, tablet, or computer. See current depth, GOOD TO GO / TOO LOW guidance, clearance estimates, and 14-day forecasts with upcoming boating windows.

One initial measurement.
Ongoing automatic learning.

The sensor-to-seabed measurement establishes your dock-depth reference. Stored readings then help TideRely learn the relationship between tides and depth at your dock.

Guidance tailored to your vessel

GOOD TO GO or TOO LOW?

TideRely compares depth with your boat’s draft and clearance requirements. The result helps you decide when there’s enough water at your dock and when to wait.

Live measurements

Show what is happening at the sensor location right now.

Personalized forecasts

Estimate future dock depth using NOAA predictions and your dock’s learned calibration.

Your operating requirements

Give depth readings meaning for your boat and its drive positions.
